Dr Gbenga Raphael and Mrs. Weyinmi Omolola and are the passionate co-founders of Encourage 2b Empowered. Mrs. Weyinmi, a renowned entrepreneur, and Dr. Gbenga Raphael, a dedicated medical doctor, combine their expertise and compassion to lead our organization. Married and blessed with children, they are committed to empowering carers and children living with disabilities through creativity, education, and community support. Their vision and dedication drive us to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Founded in February 2019, Encourage 2b Empowered (E2BE) enriches the lives of carers and children with disabilities. Our mission is to empower through creativity, learning, and support, building skills and confidence.
Our programs include creative workshops, vocational training, community outreach, and health seminars, fostering an inclusive environment. We have significantly impacted many lives, helping participants discover talents, gain skills, and find support.
